1. Nature of Goods (Print-on-Demand) Our products are created on-demand through our third-party production partner, Printful. This means that your item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this production method, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
2. Returns and Refunds Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or wrong size selection. Please review the sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
However, if your product arrives damaged or includes a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the defect to arrange this. You can contact us at hello@pocket-ireland.com
3. Intellectual Property Rights on Purchases When you purchase a print or product from Pocket Ireland, you are purchasing the physical item only. You are not purchasing the copyright or commercial rights to the image. You may not scan, duplicate, copy, or resell the image in any form without express written permission from us.
4. Governing Law These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
