Not A Snowdrop

At a quick glance, you might mistake it for a giant Snowdrop, but if you lean in a little closer, you’ll see it’s actually a Summer Snowflake (Leucojum aestivum).

Despite being called a "Summer" Snowflake, they generally don't wait for summer to arrive! Here in Ireland, they tend to pop up in mid-spring, usually taking over just as the true Snowdrops are beginning to fade away.
