Golden Cups in Green Grass
It’s amazing what you find when you actually look down! The sunlight was cutting through the trees just right, illuminating these fascinating, clustered mushrooms.
They look like some variety of Cup Fungi (perhaps the Common Dung Cup or Peziza vesiculosa?), but I’m not entirely certain. The way the light hits their translucent, wavy edges makes them look like fragile little bowls waiting to catch the rain.
