Light at the Cave's End

Have to be careful at these caves in County Donegal as they are completely cut off at high tide. They sit beneath the Slievetooey mountain, and over the centuries, locals even used these hidden, tidal spots to stash away illegal poteen! If you're ever planning a visit, definitely check the tide times so you don't get caught out, and take a moment to appreciate the stunning natural frames the rocks create!
